Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting it.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without obligation.

8. Termination
By You: You may delete your account at any time via your settings or by emailing support@briefrapp.com.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
Effect: Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimers
No Warranty: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access to the Services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the six months preceding the claim (or AUD 100 if you have not paid us).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Venue: Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or through the Site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Briefr regarding the Services.
